The Remember When design team recently was challenged with using one of the Prima Journaling cards on a project for the store.  Here's what I did with mine:

I created a card out of some American Crafts cardstock, and added a piece of Crate Paper's "Bouquet" paper to it.  I then cut my journaling tag so that I was just using 75% of it on my card.  I added the ribbon, sentiment, pins, and the resin flower to it to top it off.
