I have attempted to do December Daily in the past, and quite frankly I was just overwhelmed by it on top of the holidays that I never finished it.  So this year I decided that I was going to just do an Instagram photo challenge for December Daily this year...but then at the last minute I decided to actually print the photos as I go & put them into a simple mini album.

So I pulled out my old vintage Christmas scrapbooking supplies and decide that I'd only use what I already have on hand.  I also grabbed a Maya Road chipboard book from my stash and got started.

Supplies: Patterned Paper - The Girl's Paperie; Doily Die-Cut - Lifestyle Crafts; Mister Huey's Calico Shine Spray Ink; Stickers - Echo Park; "the blessings of" stamp - Technique Tuesday

I pre-cut a piece of patterned paper for each day, hole-punched them, and then inserted them into my book.  Each day I'll print the photo from the day before on my Canon Selphy ES40 since it prints 4" x 4" Instagram pics and I can type the date onto my pics in the software it comes with, and then add the photo, some journaling, and some simple embellishment to the book. Easy peasy.  Hopefully!! ;)

Oh, and I happened to find these mini cookie-cutters embellishments in my stash too...had to dangle them from some twine down the spine.
