3 easy steps:

• Select the perfect woven material and serge or sew the scarf edges.  
• Then create iron on vinyl glitter snowflakes as the perfect embellishment by using a built-in pattern and also scanning in one that comes as a bonus from SVGCuts in the package of heat applied vinyl.
• Embellish as desired.

It's still warm and sunny here in SoCal, but seasons are changing and it’s time for the holidays! Bring some joy into your home with this fun project.
