Monogram Ring

Blog - Erin_Bassett - Cuttlebug - Coredination - RingWhew, I'm super busy these days with life & work, but I just wanted to share the link to my Mixology Crafts blog post on how I made this fun ring using one of the Cuttlebug Embossing Plus folders....click here to see how I made it.

I'm hoping to have a chance to post some of the other projects I'm working on soon...I'm just whipping out projects like crazy these days & it's leaving little time for showing you.  Gee, it would be so nice to have a couple more hours in the day sometimes.  :)

Beautifying with Cricut Vinyl {+ peeks at my container garden}

Erin_Bassett-Welcome PlantMy project for the Mixology Crafts blog today is beautifying a flower pot I've had for quite awhile.  {You can get the free tutorial on how I created it here.}

The plant that's in the "welcome" pot is a basil that I got a Trader Joe's for super cheap and thought that we would have used it all up right away, but there was a bit left that I planted and it took off like crazy.  The container is close to 5 gallons so although it doesn't look like it from the photo, it's quite large now.

In other "exciting" gardening news...my jalapeƱos are getting bigger!!  I'm so excited!

One of my favorite muffin recipes

Erin Bassett - Cricut Expression - Pumpkin Muffin Recipe Card I love muffins.  I used to make them weekly, sometimes even more often if we had company & ran out.  It's been just too long since I've made any, and I don't know if it's just me trying to get back into the swing of things again after CHA or what, but I just had to make them!!

The complete recipe for Pumpkin Muffins is on my post here {plus instructions on how to make the recipe card with your Cricut}.

Quilling Metal for Jewelry with my Cuttlebug

BLOG-Erin Bassett - Quilling Metal - Cuttlebug - NecklaceYou know how I love to make jewelry?  Well, here's my newest creation.  I made it by using my Cuttlebug and the Cuttlebug quilling kits to die cut some mental flower parts and then colored the metal with alcohol ink.  I then placed it on a pendant that I had hung beads and other doo-dads off of.  You can click here to get my whole tutorial here on the Mixology Crafts blog.

If you want to see how the quilling kits work check out my video.
